The Short Sale Calc was created to serve the huge demand for a simple, stress-free approach to the short sale process. Altogether, the Short Sale Calc development team has well over 25 years of successful short sale experience. We assembled some of the brightest software programmers, lender loss mitigation specialists, real estate investors, former bank short sale supervisors, mortgage brokers, real estate appraisers and realtors to provide expert feedback in developing a very simple system. A system to teach the mass market how to create, submit and negotiate short sales without all the headaches and frustration being taught by many so-called “experts” in the real estate industry. After several months and hundreds of programming hours later – the Short Sale Calc version 1.0 was born.
